Returns and Liablilites Policy

Returns Procedure
Call our office at (401) 667-2797 for a returned goods authorization number. Write the number on the outside of your return shipment and send/drop off your package to:

If you receive merchandise as a result of a Sensational Child error, we will pay for the return shipping expense and no restocking fee will be applied.
For all other returns, we will credit your account for returned merchandise, minus the required restocking fee, once merchandise has been received, inspected and confirmed to be in resalable condition. Credits will not be issued for items received in non-resalable condition. The customer is responsible for properly packaging and protecting the item during shipping back to The Sensational Child. Initial Freight Charges are not credited. All credits must be redeemed within 180 days.

Returns Policy
All returns must have a return goods authorization number.
Any unauthorized returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
All returns must be in original packaging and received in new and resalable condition.
Restocking Fees: Under 30 days NONE
31 – 60 days 15%
61 – 90 days 25%

No returns will be accepted after 90 days
Sorry but for health reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of eating, hygiene and mouth stick products.
Credits for returns are issued only to original purchaser.
No cash refunds issued for under $25.00. Store credit will be applied to future purchases made within 180 days.

Limitation of Liability
These products are intended for use only by trained professionals or parents/caregivers who have been trained in the use of these products. Even though we endeavor to sell only the finest products available, The Sensational Child cannot guarantee freedom from injury in the use of these products. The user assumes all risks of injury and must determine the applicability and appropriateness of the products for a particular client. The Sensational Child is a distributor of these products and provides no warranty or guarantee beyond those supplied by the manufacturers.
